This month, we kicked off our first-ever pilot Forum in Park City! A small, hand-picked group of leaders is now meeting monthly to dive deep into challenges and opportunities in a trusted, confidential setting.

Why is this a big deal? Forums are designed to:

• Create a space for honest conversations you can’t have anywhere else.

• Connect you with peers who understand the unique pressures of leadership.

• Provide consistent, structured time for reflection and growth.

And the momentum doesn’t stop here, this fall we’re launching another pilot: the What’s Next Forum, a virtual group for leaders in transition. This Forum is designed to help members navigate their next chapter, share lessons learned along with valuable introductions and leads for other Forum members, and even contribute back to the group after landing their next role.
