June was all about moving from AI theory into execution, creating space for deeper conversations, and continuing to strengthen the relationships that make this community special. Here's what's happening across Growth Elevated:🤖 AI Workshop Series Continues with Session 2
🤖 AI Workshop Series Continues with Session 2
This month, we hosted the second session in our summer AI workshop series alongside the YPO Park City Integrated Chapter at Jackson's Hideaway in Park City.
The evening focused on Internal Process AI Transformation-helping founders, CEOs, and operators identify where AI can streamline operations, eliminate repetitive work, and create more efficient systems across their organizations.
Kyle Richless of Zaigo led attendees through practical frameworks and real-world examples of how companies are implementing AI into their internal processes today. As with our first workshop, the conversation was highly interactive, with leaders sharing challenges, lessons learned, and actionable ideas they could take back to their teams.
The response to the series continues to be fantastic, and we're excited to keep building on this momentum.

📅 July Session Now Open for Registration!
Registration is now open for the third workshop in the series: AI Product Transformation.
This session will explore how AI is reshaping products and customer experiences, featuring Nick Olsen, Head of AI Innovation at Mainsail Partners. Whether you've attended previous sessions or are joining for the first time, each workshop is designed to deliver practical, standalone value.

🏕️ Utah Forum Retreat: Three Days in the San Rafael Swell
Some of the best conversations happen when you step away from the conference room.
This month, members of our Utah Forum spent three days camping together in the San Rafael Swell-disconnecting from day-to-day work and reconnecting through meaningful conversations, shared adventures, and time around camp.
These retreats are a reminder that leadership isn't built only through meetings and presentations. Often, the strongest relationships-and the most valuable insights-come from simply spending time together in places that encourage honest conversation and fresh perspective.

🎙️ Podcast Highlight: Scaling SaaS & AI with John Peebles
This month on the Growth Elevated Leadership Podcast, Julian sat down with John Peebles to discuss scaling SaaS companies in the age of AI.
